Providing efficient, cost-effective installations is only the front end of BBsys' service, we recognise that professional ongoing training and support are key to delivering Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) objectives. To provide the right level of support we have a formal system that ensures the minimum downtime, whatever the eventuality. We plan for complete process continuity, but recognise that in certain circumstances additional remote and/or hands-on engineering support may be required to ensure this at all times.

  • 24/7/365 Available: contact & logging via our UK based Call Centre
  • Predetermined priority call-back time-a committed response
  • Telephone technical assessment with experienced Systems Engineer
  • Remote diagnostics/remedials via pre-configured PSDN link
  • Engineer to attend site-agreed response time
  • Situation Report to Client Management
  • Planned system maintenance, upgrade(s), fuel & energy efficiency visits
  • Stocked system spares for out-of-hours parts access
  • Multi-site Asset Management-System back-up & Disaster Recovery etc
  • Certified System Operator Training
